Natalya is a dedicated professional whose passion for people and deep roots in the community make her a standout in the real estate world. With over 11 years in the real estate industry, Natalya has helped countless clients navigate the journey of buying, selling, and investing in homes. Her master’s degree in business further enhances her ability to guide clients through one of life’s most significant decisions with confidence and strategy.

Before entering real estate, Natalya worked as a dental assistant where she developed outstanding people skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. She brings those same strengths to her real estate career, ensuring her clients always feel supported and cared for. Natalya focuses on residential real estate and investment properties, including flips and long-term holds. She treats every transaction as if it were her own and handles each one with honesty, availability, and dedication to the client relationship.

Natalya is a proud mom of two amazing kids and enjoys an active family life with her fiancé and their hunting dog. She stays involved in the community through her children’s activities like cheerleading and wrestling and loves connecting with other local families. Originally from Ukraine, Natalya moved to the United States when she was 21 and has proudly called St. Mary’s County home ever since. She loves the area’s peaceful lifestyle, friendly community, and family-friendly atmosphere.
